Returns / Refunds
Due to the nature of our products we sell, for sanitary purposes, we do not accept returns.
Defective or Damaged Goods:
If product is found to be defective due to defective workmanship contact us immediately at: contact@jdshiddentreasures.com.
Some products do come with Manufacture Warranties. For the items that have factory warranties, we will be happy to assist with warranty information to the best of our abilities and will provide you with contact information to the company.
We require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us via telephone or email is made regarding the defective or damaged goods within 48 hours, all items are deemed correct & received.
Can I cancel my order?
In most instances, your order is processed and shipped the same day so you get it quickly. Therefore, in most cases orders will not be canceled once it has been been submitted. Please order carefully.
If you have accidentally placed an order, immediately contact us by email at: contact@jdshiddentreasures.com, with an explanation of your cancelation request. Your order will be placed on a temporary hold until your request is reviewed. If your request is approved, you will receive a refund minus a $6.50 cancelation fee.
Refused Orders:
You will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee, for any order refused upon delivery.
